I’m heading home to Cape Breton next Wednesday (August 9th) for a little vacation to relax with family and friends. I will probably shoot a round or two of golf, tear-it-up on the four-wheeler, get some swimming in, and maybe even some surfing.

Then on the 16th I’m heading to Halifax to play in the Canadian Ultimate Championship with Blackfish. Our expectations going to Nationals are not very high because a lot of our key players will not be making it out. We have much higher expectations for UPA Sectionals and Regionals in September which is what we’ve working towards all summer.
