This past weekend I went out to Penticton, BC for the annual Puff Bluff tournament with a fun team of folks from Vancouver. We were basically made up of Hansel (a VUL team), some Blackfish and Rough Riders. Saturday was damn hot but the cloud cover and light breeze helped a lot. Sunday however the clouds were gone and it was a scorcher: 37 degrees!

We played pretty well our first two games on Saturday, winning the first and narrowly losing the second to Joyride 13-11. The next couple of games we fell apart and lost both. We then chugged a few beer and partied it up until the wee hours of the morning. The live band and unlimited supply of both sangria and beer made for a wicked fun party. On Sunday we played very well, won all of our games, and took the B pool championship.
