As I mentioned in a previous post, I was down at Potlatch in Redmond, Washington for the long weekend a few weeks ago. It was a really cool tournament. All the fields were on one huge plot of land and all the teams had tents setup around the plot. Although the salmon and free beer party was kind of lame (loading dock of a brewery, dance party inside, couldn’t bring in drinks, ended at 12:00, blah!), we had a great time at the fields afterward, visiting everyone’s campsites and partying until the wee hours of the morning.

As for our actual play, we did pretty well on Saturday (2-2) and ended up in the B pool for Sunday. Unfortunately we lost our first game, but won our second. We also ran into some folks that had undoubtedly the best team name at the tournament. I absolutely had to get a picture of that (left). Check out the rest of the photos from the weekend.
