I’ve gotten around to posting the photos I had on my camera. Lots of fun pictures of working at ActiveState, post “IceHoles” hockey, and my cutie girlfriend Rebecca. Some photos of the band of three brothers named “Heavy Jack” playing a Darby’s pub. And some awesome pictures of the climbing course that Rebecca and I took at Cliffhanger here in Vancouver on Sunday. We had a blast learning how to climb and belay. So much so that we dropped 200 bones each at MEC on climbing gear just after we were done. We’re going to be hitting it up a few times this week for sure. Climbing is fuckin great, I can’t wait!

You are right, climbing is great fun. Although the wall at UNB is very small, you don’t have to use ropes which makes it a lot easier to go by yourself. Now, if I could only get my girlfriend to try it out….

I remember taking a tour of the LBR Gym during Peer Mentor training or something and seeing the climbing wall. It looked pretty cool, but I just never got into it. When you climb without a rope here, they call it “bouldering.” It’s pretty fun, I was out last night and had tons of fun doing bouldering.
