Happy Thanksgiving Day Canada! Crystal and I along with our roomate Luc and his girlfriend Stephanie prepared a bird for supper tonight. Considering it was the first turkey any one of us has cooked, it turned out incredibly good. Accompanied by wine, mashed potatoes, stuffing, crisp veggies, and a homemade apple pie, it was a most definitely a supper for which to be thankful.
